1. Quotation
After you share your event details, we prepare a custom quotation covering the agreed design, inclusions and date. The quotation reflects your requirements, venue, scale and material choices.
2. Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance payment has been received. Until then, a date is not reserved and may be offered to another client.
3. Date availability
Availability depends on date confirmation. Popular dates — weekends, festivals and wedding season — can fill early, so we recommend enquiring as soon as your date is fixed.
4. Final scope and changes
The final scope (design, quantities, colours, props and add-ons) is recorded in writing — including WhatsApp or email confirmation — before the event. Requests to change the design, venue, timing or scope after booking are subject to written agreement, material availability and the time remaining, and may change the quotation.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms depend on how far in advance you inform us and on materials already ordered or prepared. These terms are subject to the written agreement for your booking, and we will explain them clearly before you pay the advance.
6. Venue access and readiness
- Please arrange venue permissions, society or hall approvals and parking/lift access for our team and materials.
- Agree the setup window in advance; delays in access can affect the final result and are addressed in the written agreement.
- Please make sure power points and safe wall/ceiling fixing points are available where needed.
7. Setup, materials and safety
We take care to use suitable materials for your venue. Balloons, foils, flowers and props are sensitive to heat, humidity, wind and handling, so lifespan can vary. Please keep decorations away from open flames and ask us if you are unsure.
8. Payments
Payment methods, the advance amount and the balance due date are stated in your quotation. Please keep payment confirmations until the event is complete.
