Photos and videos on this website show décor created for previous clients and are provided for inspiration. Where noted, images may be representative. Your own setup will be designed around your venue, theme, budget and available materials, so it may differ from what you see here.
3. Quotations and pricing
We do not publish fixed prices. The final quotation depends on your requirements — including style, venue, scale, florals, props, lighting and date — and is confirmed in writing. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it.
4. Design and materials
Décor designs may vary based on the venue and the availability of materials, colours and props. Where a specific item becomes unavailable, we will propose a comparable alternative of similar look and quality for your approval where practical.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate details about the event, venue and timings.
- Arrange access and permissions for setup and removal.
- Treat installed décor with care during the event; items damaged or taken away may be chargeable if agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, design, photographs and videos — belongs to One8 Decors or its licensors. Please do not reproduce it for commercial use without our written permission. Sharing a link to the site or tagging us in your own photos is welcome.
7. Liability
We take care in planning and installing every setup. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, power failure, venue restrictions or government orders. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
